Alexandre PACHULSKI, General Products Director

10 years of dual expertise in HR and ITCreation of O2 Consulting, an HR consultancy. PhD in Computer Science, Thesis on the identification of key competencies in the enterprise.

His mission: design the most innovative application on the market, by integrating Talent Management best practices and developing powerful HR decision-support solutions.

Joel BENTOLILA, Technical Director

20 years in Technical Management in leading software makers and IT services companies. ATOS, Computer Associates, Platinum Technologies. Graduate of the Ecole des Mines de Paris.

His mission: direct product R&D, drive the TalentSoft technology platform (SaaS) and manage the development teams.
